We are looking for a Senior System Admin to focus on our SIS DoD Program. Security Information Systems, Inc. is an industry-leading alarm monitoring, automating & integrating software solution provider. In this position, you will part of a team that maintenance and keeps under compliance the software solution that we provide to our DoD Clients. In this role, you will oversee performance of monthly updates and maintenance task on our 50+ internal and external systems, ensuring DoD compliance requirements are met and maintained for quarterly review. Daily task will also include assisting the program to diagnose problems and perform troubleshooting activities via remote access, telephone and/or email communication. Responsibilities:
Supervise DoD team
Research and diagnose client issues and requests
Keep track of team’s daily actives and provide reports
Define and document best practices and support procedures
Oversee routinary windows and software patches on DoD systems
Identify and remedy all compliance requirements with all the IA tools provided
Work with third parties to ensure system functionality
Identify and troubleshoot Firewall and anti-virus issues
Assist team with systems troubleshooting
Oversee application testing and quality assurance
Identify and propose new technologies that will the growth and sustainability of the DoD program
Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Must have Secret or higher level clearance
4+ years of relevant experience
Strong written, verbal, and organization skills
Superior time management and prioritization skills
Experience with hardware and software issues
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks
Proficiency with Windows Sever 12/16 and Window 10
Group Policy design and configuration
Active Directory and group administration
Juniper or Cisco OS knowledge
Candidate must be a team player, have a high energy level and be self-motivated
Must be willing to travel (~15% annually)
Preferred Skill
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Security + Certification
Knowledge of IA (Information Assurance) tool, such as ACAS, SCAP, STIGs.
Microsoft SQL knowledge
Strong knowledge of Cluster Systems
Security / Alarm Industry experience a plus
Experience using VMWare products

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $95000 to $105000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
