Senior Systems Analyst – EUC

This role is #LI-Hybrid

Do you want to be part of the LCBO's exciting transformation, explore new technologies, and make your mark? Reporting to the Desktop Team Lead, you will be responsible for Tier 3 technical support. You will assist with planning, testing, and implementing end-user computing projects, providing guidance to project teams in several capacities and lead implementations with a solid focus on end-user experience.

Client Premium Support Services

Deliver high-touch white glove support services to our senior leadership team, with a focus on quick one-time resolutionIntune administration including Windows and MacOS device configuration and application creation/maintenanceAct as subject matter expert for MDM/MAM related itemsAD and Azure AD administrationBuild training materials and documentation that are easy to follow and provide guidance to executives as an alternative to on-site supportTrack, evaluate and report on incidents, specifically top call drivers and areas of improvementDevelop briefing materials to lead detailed technical discussions to ensure our customer's needs are metOffer guidance and Tier 3 support for service desk and PC analysts to ensure they have appropriate solutions to address employee technology requirements: support team with escalationsProvide technical troubleshooting within Windows 7/10/11 OS environment

Modern Computing and Device Management

Work with project teams to implement projects including Office 365, Windows 10/11, MacOS and Microsoft IntuneParticipate in continuous improvement efforts, such as suggesting, researching, testing, and implementing technologies to increase productivity in the end-user computing spaceUse best practice guidelines to ensure compliance and security, whilst providing an effortless computing experienceResponsible for system administration tasks including system configuration management, enterprise software build, packaging, and deployment (OS installations, security updates, system patching)

End-user Adoption and Training

Partner with the deployment team to ensure adoption of Windows 11 and Office 365 is a success with a strong emphasis on customer satisfactionDevelop a training plan as a baseline for end using adoption, report on success criteria and provide feedback for improvement and areas of successImprove security vulnerabilities and install anti-virus, anti-spam, and security protocols

About You

University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years' experience in desktop end user support3+ years’ experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365 and Modern Workstation Management using Intune, Qualys and Ivanti1 - 3 years of expertise in scripting using legacy batch files and PowerShell, shell scriptingExpert-level understanding and diagnosing complex problems with computer hardware and softwareExperience with anti-virus, anti-spam, remediating security vulnerabilities, workstation hardening and securityExperience working with executive level partnersInitiate, guide and follow process improvement and bring ideas to modernize and simplify the workplaceOn-call may be required with a rotating pager for 24/7 support
