We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose solutions for our business. This cross-functional role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with various business partners and systems teams.

Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders, product owner(s), and Agile development teams to deliver solutions to meet business needs Analyze and document business requirements and workflows Lead the creation of user stories, breaking down epics and larger stories as needed Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required. Additional Qualifications Proven ability to elicit business requirements and translate them into practical and clear user stories Able to communicate and present complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Adept at cross-functional impact analysis, proactively collaborating across team boundaries to arrive at comprehensive and cohesive solutions Experience with Agile methods and Scrum
