What Success Looks Like:
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, requirements, and user needs.
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
• Evaluate existing systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and define required inputs and data sources for efficient system operations.
• Participate in and in most cases lead the design, development, testing, and deployment phases of systems implementation in accordance with business goals.
• Provide recommendations on and specify the approach on how to improve various systems and processes to align with business goals.
• Oversee system installations with end-users and ensure smooth deployment.
• Test system configurations and recommend modifications to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Analyze system infrastructure as required to maintain compliance with technical design documents.
• Ensure seamless data integration and communication between interconnected systems.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that systems meet specified requirements.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing systems.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translates high level business requirements into technical specifications for the IT Technical team.
• Knowledge of economic and operational factors that lead to success in the Company’s business units.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system requirements, designs and technical specifications.

What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in system analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business and technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management skills, including the ability to participate on multiple projects and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

The targeted salary range for this position is $102,830 to $154,245 plus potential to earn an annual bonus.
