Job Description:

Ready for a challenge helping defend our country? Parsons is looking to add Systems Analysts in support of the Missile Defense Agency. Our Systems Analysts work with the MDA and function as a technical, engineering, advisory, and management support.

Duties include: 

Executes analytical tasks utilizing both analytical techniques and processesDevelops and / or utilizes analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and administrative support activitiesProvide Prime Contractor proposal technical evaluation and analysisCollaborate across the MDA organization (including multinational exchanges)Present technical information to leadership and teammates at various levels

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree and 7+ years working on missile defense-related or other DoD program / projectAbility to analyze and resolve problemsAbility to present complex information and concepts to leaders at various levelsAbility to work independently within a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to work across organizational boundariesSelf-starter with willingness to learnProficiency with Microsoft Office® applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access)Active Secret security clearance; ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret security clearance as required

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree with 20+ years of experience or Masters degree with 12+ years of experienceWorking knowledge of MDA Systems Engineering processes and proceduresWorking knowledge of MDA organizational structureWorking knowledge of BMD Weapon Systems or C2BMCWorking knowledge of Missile Defense System architecture and conceptsWorking knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirementsWorking knowledge MBSE and related toolsWorking knowledge threat characterization, trajectories, RF sensing/signatures, and/or EO/IR sensing/signaturesWorking knowledge Tactical data links (TDL J, Link 11, Link 16) systems, encryption systems, precision timing systems (PNT), and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)

Salary Range:

$108,700.00 - $190,200.00
