The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality.  This individual will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps. Your problem solving and technical skills along with ability to synthesize findings, developing practical and realistic recommendations, and communicate results will help you excel at this position.  It’s a fast-paced environment where decisions are customer-centric, collaborative, and iterative.

The Team

This is an exciting role within the Workplace Investing (WI) Managed Accounts team, partnering. The team is a global, fast-paced, Agile team, looking for a Senior Systems Analyst who brings experience in business and systems analysis, and has a passion for teamwork and a deep interest in building a world class product that make lives better.

The Expertise You Have

5+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, proficient in working using RESTFul web services, use case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation Outstanding analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities including synthesizing findings and developing practical and realistic recommendations Strong project management skills with ability to take ownership of a business issue, lead triage and resolution discussions with a sense of urgency, communicate client and participant impact to Legal, Risk, Compliance and appropriate business partners, and see resolution of issue through to completion Expertise with industry-leading analytics approaches and tools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Tableau) to transform data into impactful insights Experience building visualizations to drive strategic business decision making, and empower teams with self-service analytics Flexibility to manage multiple projects and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, able to take initiative and achieve strong results in an environment where collaboration is required Passionate about the strategic use of data to drive business results Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a passion for learning new skills and capabilities Proven capacity to lead analysis of technology systems and/or technology process to identify user needs, document requirements, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives. Proven capacity to lead clarification and ‘translation’ of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter Leadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions – architecture and implementation. Bachelor’s degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred. Superb communication skills – written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
