What You Will Do:
· Design, implement, and manage the execution of the backend systems modernization and consolidation governance framework
· Provide strategic advisory and support to the Business Function Leads
· Analyze system and website customer experience (CX) data in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data and Qualtrics CX survey data and develop dashboards for stakeholders
· Collaborate with teammates and recommend digital experience improvements based on analysis of GA4 data and Qualtrics data
· Develop customer engagement training artifacts and support training sessions to upskill client staff knowledge of GA4 and Qualtrics
· Support stakeholder meetings with written agendas, client follow ups, and note taking as needed.
· Conduct requirements gathering for high-level business and functional requirements, and provide subject matter expertise on requirements for backend systems; define artifacts necessary for requirements approval
· Review the substance and format of Jira tickets and work with implementation vendor as necessary to ensure that key functionality gets implemented to client requirements and program objectives are met
· Track implementation vendor Jira tickets throughout the agile delivery lifecycle, from conception to testing
· Test product builds against functional and technical requirements, following workflows for filing and triaging bugs with implementation vendor
· Prioritize features based on client stakeholder needs
· Create and manage the backend systems roadmap and schedule; collaborate with the ITC Implementation Team and client to incorporate roadmap updates
· Facilitate coordination and communication across DM stakeholders, including managing the meeting cadence focused on prioritization, issue resolution, and decision-making
· Facilitate RAID management process regarding the backend systems workstream in accordance with the RAID management plan detailed in the DM Governance framework
· Review and monitor the Implementation Team schedule and identified dependencies and communicate possible impacts
· Review and provide feedback on technical execution documents proposed by the implementation vendor such as test plan, agile framework and/or backend systems workstream specific plan(s)
· Facilitate change management and communications activities, change impact discussions and impact analysis to determine how future functionalities and process changes will impact staff and vendors
· Analyze user engagement data and market trends to provide recommendations about backend systems features and website improvements
· Promote and enable continuous improvement across implementation strategies, concepts, and change management
· Support the preparation of Steering Committee updates
· Drive product feature definition of ready and definition of done
Support administrative activities and perform segment engagement tasks for the team
What You Will Need:
· Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant experience
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Experience synthesizing client needs into business requirements
· Develop MS Office resources including PowerPoints, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets
· Experience with agile program/project management
· Experience with dashboard visualization software (e.g., Power BI)

· Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis
