**Job Description** BAE Systems is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting an acquisition program for theNuclear Command, Control, and Communications System. The successful candidate will provide program and project management support the Strategic Automated Command Control System (SACCS) Acquisition Programs. This program is designed to extend SACCS systems life and transition into the follow-on system, known as Sentinel ICBM System (formerly Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD)) Our team includes existing staff with extensive expertise in the current Minuteman III weapon system and actively participates in ongoing studies and assessments for future systems updates.Duties will include but not limited to the following: + Perform activities associated with network security, log analysis, event correlation. + Monitor network infrastructure using SolarWinds tools. + Developing, testing, and enforcing network protocols. + Perform script writing with associated languages. + Interpret data contained in SolarWinds. + Interface between project stakeholders (internal and external). + Reporting project status, as requested by government customer. Potential candidates will validate the abilities to accomplish the following activities while demonstrating strong leadership attributes of a team of subject matter experts accomplishing the same: + Demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. + Attend internal and external meetings as required to cover both business items and customer requirements. + Review and approve all correspondence delivered to customer as deliverable item. + Follow all required processes especially the peer review process to ensure quality of products being delivered. + Accountable to the Program Manager for tasks/assignments. + Shall serve as a focal point for individual tasks/projects. + Directly support government leadership and maintain strong customer relationships. + Maintain other duties as assigned. \#ASFS **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + _BS in Software engineering, computer science, information technologies, data processing with 7 years experience or 5 years with MS._ + _At least 3 years of progressive technical experience._ + _Understanding of SolarWinds modules like NPM, NCM, SAM, IPAM, VMAN, VNQM_ + _Understanding of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)._ + _Ability to create custom dashboards, reports, and alerts within SolarWinds._ + _Knowledge of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH) for monitoring network devices._ + _Experience with SWQL (SolarWinds Query Language) for data analysis._ + _Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Java, C#) for automation._ + _Database management skills (SQL) to interact with SolarWinds database._ + _Excellent cognitive, communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills._ + _Active US DoD Secret Security Clearance granted within the last 5 years._ + _Demonstrated strong leadership skills specifically: setting expectations, managing work, and leading individuals and teams._ + _Demonstrated self-discipline to plan and prioritize their own work with successful results._ + _Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)._ + _Due to its special-access, classified working environment, this position is only located at Offutt AFB, Nebraska, and is not conducive to telework schedules._ **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + _Understanding of network security best practices and how to monitor for potential threats within SolarWinds._ + _Familiarity with monitoring cloud environments using SolarWinds cloud monitoring tools_ _._ + _Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification._ + _Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident management and service delivery._ + _General knowledge of MS Project, Primavera or other scheduling tools._ + _General knowledge of requirements management tools._ + _General knowledge of model-based systems engineering processes._ **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
