Currently, we are looking for a Senior Engineer – Identity and Collaboration. We need someone with professional, hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and providing support for Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Office 365, Okta and Windows. As a Systems Engineer you will be responsible for:
Building the architecture and managing identity infrastructure to deliver high-availability, secure, and agile services across the enterprise, Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD/Entra ID environments, Developing and enforcing security policies, standards, and best practices for identity and access management, Automating identity lifecycle processes and administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools, Collaborating with partners across IT and business teams to align identity solutions with organizational objectives, Monitoring and maintaining identity environments to ensure reliability and compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards, Providing advanced support (L3) for complex issues and escalations related to identity systems, ensuring quick resolution, Driving innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies to improve identity infrastructure capabilities.And on the technical side, we need:
University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and architecting identity solutions, including Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory: Deep understanding of AD topology and replication design, DNS/DHCP management, securing AD, and using third-party AD tools Entra ID (Azure AD): Proven experience managing hybrid identity environments, conditional access policies, application integrations, and identity protection, Okta: Hands-on experience with Okta, including application integration, SSO, and user lifecycle management, Office 365: Advanced knowledge of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, Automation: Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for AD, Exchange/Office 365, and Entra ID tasks, Security: Strong understanding of identity security concepts, including MFA, SSO, encryption, conditional access, advanced threat protection, and security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Email Security: Experience with email hygiene technologies such as Proofpoint and Microsoft EOP, Systems Integration: Practical knowledge of integrating identity with client-server, web, middleware, and mobile applications, Experience in managing large, complex, and heterogeneous identity and security infrastructure projects, Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in English.
