Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, M365 in Culver City, CA. Overview: This candidate will be a senior member of a team accountable for the design, implementation, management, maintenance and security of our client's Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. The Senior Engineer will collaborate with operation teams to optimize and secure M365 product suites, which includes identity, communications, collaboration, analytics and visualization, advanced technology, productivity tools and emerging technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for providing infrastructure support functions including problem determination and resolution, technical solution development, policies, procedures and processes governing the use and operation of the M365 platform in accordance with company policies. This position requires an emphasis on infrastructure problem management, project management as well as building and maintaining positive business relationships with the IT Organizations, clients, and vendors. Fulfillment of responsibilities must be performed with a minimum amount of supervision. Responsibilities: * Design, implement and manage M365 services in accordance with global and our client's security policy requirements * Responsible for the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) of the M365 platform * Monitor and troubleshoot M365 platform issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability * Manage outages, identify root cause analysis and resolve all M365 platform issues within allowed service levels * Proactively identify and remediate security risks pertaining to the platform and product suites * Develop and maintain documentation for M365 configurations, processes, and best practices * Collaborate with IT and business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance productivity
