As a senior member of the Infrastructure Platform Services team, in this role you are responsible for Windows server design, administration and support of daily operations of Kaleida Health data centers. Position reports to the Platform Services manager and works autonomously under his/her supervision. Responsible for expert level troubleshooting as well as defining solutions to meet business needs, leading other engineers in technical oversight, planning and implementation across multiple sites. One or more of the following certifications is required: ITIL Foundation VMware Certified Professional (VCP) CompTIA A+ Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Microsoft Server and 365 certifications Microsoft Exchange or 365 Messaging Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V).
