Job Duties and Qualifications Define test and integration strategies for components and subsystems in the development of a Halliburton wireline tool. Collaborate with teams in the US and Singapore, working closely with Engineers, Scientists, and the Project Manager at Halliburton Technology Center in Brazil (HBTC). Qualifications: + Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field (Master’s/Ph.D. preferred). Experience: + Experience with embedded systems development/testing in harsh environments (oil & gas, aerospace, defense). + Knowledge of Risk Assessment, QFD, FMEA, and reliability tools. + Experience defining requirements, specifications, test plans, and procedures. + Skilled with lab diagnostic equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power amplifiers, power supplies). + Knowledge of hardware development and digital communication protocols (MIL-STD-1553, RS-485, CAN, SPI, I²C). + General understanding of firmware development, signal processing, and feedback control. + Ability to contribute to firmware and hardware debugging. + R&D experience preferred. + Strong problem-solving, multitasking, innovation, and ownership. + Excellent teamwork, adaptability, critical observation, communication, and writing skills. + Fluent in English.
