The Leidos National Security Sector is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. **What You'll Be Doing**
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll provide subject-matter-expertise on the engineering and technical services required to maintain, integrate, and enhance critical PACAF ISR systems (both command and unit-level). Your responsibilities will include:
+ **Systems Analysis & Design** : Analyzing and developing plans and designs for C4I systems capabilities, and creating integration and implementation plans and schedules.
+ **Evaluation & Recommendations** : Evaluating and making recommendations for commercial and government off-the-shelf (COTS/GOTS) hardware and software applications.
+ **Project Monitoring** : Monitoring project statuses, preparing milestone status reports, and presenting updates to program managers and client staff.
+ **Technical Support** : Providing technical and administrative support for systems installation, testing, administration, maintenance, and programming.
+ **Operational Support** : Offering operational and maintenance support for C4I systems, including system administration, troubleshooting, and repairs.
+ **Architectures Upgrades** : Supporting the installation and upgrading of C4I architectures as directed by the government.
**What We're Looking For**
To excel in this role, you should have:
+ **Security Clearance** : Active TS/SCI Clearance.
+ **Educational Background** : Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related scientific field.
+ **Experience** : 10+ years of experience in C4I-related systems, activities, and programs.
+ **Communication Skills** : Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
+ **Certifications** : CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and/or Cisco Certifying Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ **Technical Knowledge** : Knowledge of Network Protocols, Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems.
+ **Web & Intranet Technologies** : Familiarity with World Wide Web, IntelLink, and intranet technology and their processes & applications.
+ **Information Security** : Knowledge of DoD Information Security Policies and Programs for COMPUSEC and INFOSEC, as well as Multi-Level Security and emerging Information Warfare Concepts.
+ **Military Knowledge** : Understanding of Military Organizations, Operations, and Operational Information Requirements in peacetime, crisis, and war.
+ **Intelligence Systems** : Knowledge of Air Force & Joint Intelligence Systems (examples: GALE and PCI-3/T).
+ **Certifications** : Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Linux+, VMWARE Certified Professional 6 – Network Virtualization, Desktop and Mobility, Cloud Management and Automation.

Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
