This highly visible, senior director level position responsible for all aspects of Systems Engineering s performance in support of the business area, including the application of systems engineering processes, tools, talent acquisition, talent development and program performance. You will lead a large (250 ) organization through a digital transformation that embraces model-based engineering, DevSecOps, and agile development and aligns with the direction of the overarching BAE System Engineering organization. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
