Senior Systems Management Analyst

Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + •  Responding to time sensitive support calls that can affect patient care•  Be primary point of contact for customers on reported cases and collaborate and engage other teams as needed to drive to resolution•  Document in detail all reported incidents and scope issues accurately, collecting all necessary information and logs•  Manage ticket backlog of about 20-30 cases•  Troubleshoot issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems which utilize some of the following technologies: Local & Wide Area Networks, Windows Servers and workstations, Enterprise-class hardware & storage systems, and Oracle databases•  Liaison with internal teams, including R&D, Technical Response, Systems Engineering, Production & Installation, and Sales as required to deliver on customer requests•  Contribute to a fast-paced and highly collaborative team based work environment•  Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and systems administration functions **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; Computer Technology Diploma or equivalent or related experience + 2+ years of IT experience + Experience with PACS Health care system + Experience with Software/Services Support + Experience in building and configuring hardware and enterprise software systems + Experience with all or some of the following: Linux, Google Cloud, VMWare, Load balancers, Web services, Firewalls + Knowledge of Windows Servers, Databases, Networking, and Enterprise-class Information Systems + Proven solid written and communication skills + Proven solid problem-solving skills + Proven self-starter, able to work independently without supervision + Proven team Player + Proven solid Customer Service skills + Proven excellent IT skills + Proven solid time management and organizational skills + Proven ability to collaborative with multi-disciplinary teams + Demonstrated ability to handle concurrent projects **Preferred Qualification:** + MCSE and/or A+ Certification _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
