About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst to support the testing of personal loan and private label credit card products in the Personal Lending area.
In this role, you will:
Document test cases and risk research and create test plansRecord test progress and resultsIdentify and track issues throughout testingPerform manual and automated testingConsult with users providing advice and directionDevelop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readinessDrive innovation and streamline overall testing processesResearch system features being testedPartner with Engineers to develop testing strategyLog, track and verify resolution of software and specification defectsUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff

Strong knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected resultsKnowledge and understanding of technology testing: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as production validation of technology systems in operations supportAbility to work within a team environment as well as individual accountability. Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
