Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst - UAT

In this role, you will:

Conduct feature level testing as last step before code is put into productionPartner with product team to support customer journey featuresDocument test cases and risk research and create test plansRecord test progress and resultsIdentify and track issues throughout testingPerform manual and automated testingConsult with users providing advice and directionDevelop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readinessDrive innovation and streamline overall testing processesResearch system features being testedPartner with Engineers to develop testing strategyLog, track and verify resolution of software and specification defectsUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Understanding of Agile principles and methodologiesDemonstrated experience in Agile workflowsBroad understanding of credit card business practicesWorking knowledge of the credit card industryAbility to comprehend technical concepts such as data flow and system architectureProficient in systems: Mongo DB, Hogan, FiservAbility to communicate across all levels of an organizationCustomer journey testing experience


Job Expectations:
