The Low, slow, small, unmanned aircraft Integrated Defeat System (LIDS) Team is looking for a Scrum Master (SM) for an agile SSE team focused on requirements analysis and mission planning. The successful candidate will be expected to build the team’s abilities, provide technical direction, remove roadblocks and be able to work with both internal and external customers. They will also be expected to support proposal efforts in support of new business and have knowledge of the financial status and planning for the team. This is an onsite position position at Raytheon in Fullerton, CA. What You Will Do The SM is responsible for the execution of the SSE scope for the LIDS programs. The SM is responsible for definition, coordination and execution of the technical tasks for their team. Specific responsibilities include: + Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and standups + Backlog verification and management + Agile metric tracking + Identification and resolution of impediments In addition to the SM-specific responsibilities, the candidate will have the opportunity to: + Implement SSE solutions into RTX products + Interact with customer to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness + Support developing plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans + Plan and guide SSE implementations in customer systems + Validate secure configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications, and other assets, using DoD approved scanning and assessment tools such as ACAS, STIG, RADIX, SCAP Compliance Checker + Create and maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation Qualifications You Must Have + Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience + Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance + Experience in Systems Engineering, including any of the following: System Requirements definition and analysis, System Test and Analysis, Systems Engineering Studies, NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) + Experience or training in systems security including but not limited to various computer hardware and software S/W operating system and application solutions in both a stand-alone and in LAN/WAN configurations and / or Security features and/or vulnerability analysis of various operating systems as defined by Intelligence agencies + Experience or training in generating security requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans, and/or policies Qualifications We Prefer + Experience in design, development and fielding of SSE systems + Experience in the implementation and business growth of SSE implementation throughout the entire life cycle + Experience in solutions meeting robust SSE systems security requirements + DoDI 8570.01-M IAT Level-II Compliant Certification (e.g. Security+, CISSP, or equivalent) + Strategic planning and proposal writing skills + Experience with Jira and Confluence + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with coworkers, suppliers, stakeholders, and customers in a team environment + Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
