Key Responsibilities: + Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights + Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources + Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications + Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity + Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business strategies + Continuously improve and optimize Tableau solutions for better performance and usability + Support the daily dashboard refresh, coordinate with the ETL team as needed Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field + Proven experience as a Tableau Developer for 5+ years + Strong proficiency in Tableau and SQL. + Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to design & develop complex dashboards + Experience in Tableau administration & other reporting tools like SAP BO, Power BI is a plus + Tableau Desktop certification is a plus Job info: + Full onsite + Contract Role: 1-year (possible extensions or may be contract to hire)
