About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-driven Senior Talent Acquisition to help us find and hire the best talent. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our hiring journey — from sourcing candidates and running interviews to creating a smooth and engaging candidate experience every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively source and attract top talent through job boards, databases, social media, and creative outreach strategies. Conduct screening calls and interviews to identify strong matches for our open roles. Use a variety of tools and selection methods to assess candidates effectively and efficiently. Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Own and improve internal mobility processes — identifying potential internal candidates, collaborating with managers on growth paths, and ensuring transparency in internal job opportunities. Keep our hiring process organized and data-driven by accurately tracking candidate information and activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaborate on Talent Acquisition projects that support our hiring strategy, improve processes, and strengthen our employer brand.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. A collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluent English speaker (C1 level or higher). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Comfortable using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage pipelines and outreach Confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
