What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll:

Develop Winning Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design and implement creative, long-term recruitment strategies.Source Top Talent: Use social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to find and engage both active and passive candidates.Build Relationships: Develop strong, inclusive pipelines of candidates at various career levels and maintain connections to support future hiring needs.Lead Recruitment Efforts: Guide hiring managers and candidates through seamless interview, offer, and hiring processes.Champion Innovation and Compliance: Create sourcing strategies that foster inclusivity and ensure compliance with all regulations.Be a VHB Brand Ambassador: Promote VHB as an employer of choice through engaging communication and candidate interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

5-7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferredStrong knowledge of recruitment techniques, ATS systems, and social media recruiting.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.A self-motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments.Ability to work independently and apply sound judgementTravel as neededThis hire could work out of any VHB office and there is an option for remote within our VHB footprint.
