About the Role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BioCatch, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams across North and Latin America. In this individual contributor role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract and select top talent, shaping the future of BioCatch. What Will Make You Successful at BioCatch Proven Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise Lead end-to-end hiring for senior and specialized roles in the fraud prevention space. Build and execute hiring strategies that support business goals in North and Latin America. Take a proactive approach to building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, using networking and social media to connect with high-quality candidates. Play a crucial role in identifying the best fit for roles by interviewing candidates and guiding hiring managers through the decision-making process. Collaboration and Communication Build trust and rapport with hiring managers by addressing their needs and providing consultation and coaching as needed. Support and influence decision-making to ensure the best hiring outcomes. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer negotiation through clear, effective, and service-oriented communication. Work closely with the global HR team to ensure alignment with company-wide policies and procedures. Base Salary for this role is expected to be between 125-140K annually.
