About the Role
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates.At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to build a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team and play a vital part in advancing this movement. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at AIA, you will have the opportunity to make a positive, healthy impact by attracting and selecting exceptional talent for our organization.
Job Responsibilities:Run the end-to-end recruitment process, including role briefing, talent sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, salary proposal design, and onboarding.Collaborate with businesses and external parties to develop talent acquisition strategies that meet current and future business needs.Conduct talent sourcing to build a strong talent pipeline.Manage the recruitment process and systems, ensuring up-to-date information is available through effective reporting and analytics.Drive a culture of outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.Ensure recruitment processes are in compliance with hiring procedures standards and policies, and vacancies are closed within the stipulated turnaround time.Stay updated on talent market trends and provide insights to the business while maintaining a strong community of talent pipelines.Support various campus recruiting and branding initiatives.Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, both in-house and agency.Experience in the insurance or shared services industry is preferred.Strong talent sourcing skills are a must.Experience in campus recruiting is a plus.If you believe in building a better future and want to be part of a world-class team, we encourage you to apply.
