Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (4 Month Contract, Hybrid – Boston, MA)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting for exempt positions with a strong emphasis on niche corporate, commercial and professional level roles. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and activity tracking. A key focus of this role is sourcing top-tier passive candidates through networking, research, technology, and proactive outreach.
You will act as a trusted advisor for all things talent, recruiting, and hiring - ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication and feedback throughout the process. This is a contract position (4 months), with potential for full-time conversion based on projected business growth and hiring needs. It is a hybrid role, with in-person meetings no more than four times per month at our corporate office in the Financial District, downtown Boston.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation.
Source and engage candidates through strategic outreach, phone screening, and interviews.
Collaborate with Executives, Hiring Leaders, and HRBPs as a consultative thought leader.
Leverage data and analytics to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment strategies.
Drive process efficiency and ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition and HR workflows.
Lead and manage internal recruitment initiatives, aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
Utilize Workday (ATS) for job postings, candidate tracking, and hiring process completion.
Build innovative talent acquisition strategies with measurable goals and outcomes.
Provide a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
Advise and consult with senior stakeholders on all things talent to facilitate an exceptional recruitment process and experience.
Facilitate effective calibration sessions with senior leaders to evaluate and assess candidates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for hard to fill, exempt roles.
Proven experience using sourcing tools to attract and recruit top nice talent.
Combination of corporate in-house and agency experience preferred.
Strong ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency with Workday (preferred) or other applicant tracking systems.
Skilled in G Suite and Microsoft Office
Self-starter with excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Strong business acumen and consultative approach to talent acquisition.
Customer-centric mindset focused on candidate and stakeholder experience.
