Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Early Careers)

Role description:

The Talent Acquisition team based in Manila has the main aim of supporting US and Canada campus recruitment for the business. This role is to ensure that Arcadis recruit the best people in order to aid growth through effective employer branding.

Reporting to the TA Team Lead (Manila based), the Talent Acquisition Partner is expected to develop close working relationship with the US and Canada Early Careers Team. You will be the key point-of-contact for Early Careers recruitment in-country and will partner directly with Early Careers recruitment team by driving consistency, efficiency and best practice to achieve the best candidate experience matched with the best quality of hire.

This role will play a crucial part in executing recruitment strategies, building relationships with candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. 

The role sits within our Enabling Functions People business. Our Enabling Functions span HR, Legal, IT and beyond. In every role you’ll play a major part in driving the growth of our business by bringing your expertise, strategic vision, commercial focus and operational excellence.

Role accountabilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide recruitment and general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Early Careers team from Screening to Onboarding. This role will provide support to graduates, apprentice and internship hiring. Candidate management is expected by screening volume applications using Oracle Recruit Cloud (ATS) and Eightfold (CRM), keeping candidates engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search.

You will be supported by a Sourcing Partners and Talent Acquisition Administrator to which you will be responsible for performance management, evaluation and ensuring high service delivery and execution for Early Careers. 

You will act as Key user of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) as well as Eightfold (CRM) and expected to train the Team on the system and manage all ORC and Eightfold related queries and issues within the Team.

Other tasks include, university posting, interview scheduling, offer creation, managing shared mailbox, maintaining recruitment and budget trackers candidate travel and invoice processing.

Qualifications & Experience:

Our ideal candidate should have understanding on the complexity of campus recruitment and experience in supporting US and Canada-based recruitment team. 

In addition, you will have a thorough understanding of the Campus recruitment process, employer branding and talent identification. You are digitally and technology competent and have an intact critical thinking skills to be able to offer reliable recommendations/strategy to the team members and stakeholders.

Further required experience and competencies:

Working experience in similar industry, shared services, or in an international recruitment agency is required for this position; Campus Recruitment experience is preferred Highly organised and able to manage a variety and high volume of requests ensuring these are seen through to completion Good understanding on Data & Analytics and how to improve Talent Acquisition strategies.  Experience of using ATS & Sourcing Channels (i.e, Oracle Recruit Cloud, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter) is preferred.  Accurate and detail conscious at all times  Perseverance, you don’t stop until you find the right candidate. Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Self-starter, mature sparring partner for senior business leaders and candidates. Independent, proactive, team player. Excellent interpersonal, influencing and problem-solving skills
