This Temp to Hire Recruiter will ideally be based in Carlsbad, CA where Callaway is HQ and is an assignment to support a maternity leave that could go full time based on business need.

The Sr. Recruiter is a Temp to Hire opportunity for Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp. that excels at instinctively identifying and creatively sourcing talent while developing deep partnerships with leaders and candidates. The Sr Recruiter is business savvy, curious, naturally driven, assertive and passionate about their craft as a talent curator to support the company’s employment brand and growth mindset.

The Sr. Recruiter is a natural networker, has an established track record in placing talent, is resourceful in sourcing and can influence managers to drive towards decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop strong relationships with internal customers and work collaboratively with the HR team to ensure positions are filled promptly and effectively.

Deeply understand hiring needs; partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. 

Support recruiting efforts across all organizational entities, including but not limited to Operations, R&D, Technology, HR, etc. (both domestic and international).

Manage time to fill metrics and report every week.

"Lean"/Improve the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, candidate interviewing and assessment, reference checking, and negotiating offer packages.

Make independent decisions that diversify candidate and applicant pool, reduce time-to-fill, and increase the overall number of qualified applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of recruiting experience in a corporate and agency environment.

Demonstrated a history of success and customer satisfaction in a high-volume, multi-client environment.

Demonstrated record of resourceful/creative sourcing across numerous functions.

Pro-active, energetic, self-assured professional with high personal integrity and ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.

Strong initiative-taker with the ability and desire to work with limited supervision.

Contingency and retained search experience preferred.

Previous recruiting experience in a fast-paced, corporate, or agency environment - A combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred.

The ability to lead projects to a successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality.

Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
