Eager to make meaningful and impactful contributions in the field of human resources? Here at Ericsson, we are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you would be responsible of end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, following standard processes and procedures. You would also have the chance to play a vital role in HR delivery projects and vendor management. 

 


What you will do:
•    Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. 
•    Drive kick off meetings with the  hiring managers  and act as a consultant in each phase of the recruitment process in order to deliver top results (identify key qualifications and skills needed for each role and develop  best recruitment strategies)
•    Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
•    Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract top talent.
•    Foster relationships with potential candidates and engage in proactive communication to create a positive candidate experience.
•    Provide insights and recommendations on trends and best practices in recruitment to optimize the hiring process.

 

What you will bring:
•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•    Proficiency in English language.
•    Proven experience as a recruiter on end-to-end processes, for minimum 5 years.
•    Familiarity with various recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
•    A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding the right talent.
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
