As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting talent is your quality and specialty. Specifically, when it comes to hiring young professionals, you clearly have experience with profiles that do not come to blows, especially in the Chemical industry. You know how to attract talent and as an Senior Recruiter you regularly fill in profiles and support the entire hiring process. The entire process has your attention, from recruitment to selection.

Due to your persuasiveness, creativity, and team spirit, you reach the scarce target group for Dow. You are 100% committed to your core recruitment activities. You can easily balance between working independently and collaborating with your colleagues. You work in a structured and smooth way between different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments and support in finding the best talent for Operations and other functions.Understand Early Career Hiring needs and translate them into attractive job descriptions and recruitment strategies.Post new jobs and update existing ones on various online job portals and social media platforms.Lead Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) vendor strategy and communication and collaborate with Talent Sourcers and external (third-party) vendors to access the right talent pools in assigned disciplines.Plan phone interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.Act as the key contact between hiring managers and candidates during the salary offer process.Ensure flawless and timely communication with hiring managers, prospects, and applicants.Monitor Operator Talent tracks and anticipate needs accordingly.Identify and drive strategic recruitment opportunities for future improvements. Provide information and insights across HR to improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role at least four yearsBachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant fieldHands-on experience with Recruitment techniques (e.g., sourcing interviewing and offer conversations)Familiarity with HR Recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Proficiency in both English and Dutch is requiredExperience in AI, Co-pilot or any other AI tool is a plus
