We are growing and to support that growth, we are looking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help identify, qualify and present candidates for open positions across the Door Group.
This role will be a home-based position until we establish our Bergen County, New Jersey office. All viable candidates must be based within a daily commuting distance to the Paramus or Montvale, New Jersey area.

What would you do as our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist?
You will play an integral role on the Talent Acquisition Team by helping to support the recruitment efforts across our Group. Our Team supports 20+ locations throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico by acting as a strategic partner to our HR teammates and Hiring Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-centric individual who enjoys making a significant impact in several distinct areas: Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Candidate and Employee Experience, as well as HR Systems and Projects.
Talent Acquisition:
Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for key roles across the Door Group Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates for specialty niche or hard to fill positions. Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand needs, define job requirements, and build strong candidate pipelines. Gather staffing updates, data, and metrics to communicate the impact of recruitment efforts and to help drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
Employer Branding:
Engage and grow our audience through social media postings. Create and refresh compelling jobs ads to attract talent and build pipelines. Collaborate with HR and Marketing Team to create content highlighting events, culture, and career opportunities.
Candidate and Employee Experience:
Help to create a seamless and engaging candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.
System Automation and Projects:
Help to maintain accurate information housed in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Maintain the job ad database on the shared drive for the Group. Leverage systems and platforms such as Docusign, GPS, Teams Survey, Postable, and Predictive Index to help drive a seamless experience, infuse automation, and ensure data privacy. Special projects as assigned. Actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees Comply with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations, and laws, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
What we are looking for:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or similar field preferred 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Marketing or Sales Support Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-caliber candidates for diverse roles. Technically savvy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms and tools Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system, SAP SuccessFactors a plus. Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI and data-driven information to analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements. Persuasive communication and story-telling skills Previous exposure to supporting multiple sites or locations, a plus. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information. Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Possess a customer-centric attitude and approach to both internal and external stakeholders. Adaptable to changing priorities.
