Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Talent Management (HR) team managed by Marie-Louise Meyer (Head of Talent Management Germany). Aside from supporting the hiring of Front office talents (niche profiles), your bring a strong data-driven culture into the team, you coordinate the delivery of our RPO partner and you define employer branding strategies to place Amplifon as the prefered employer of Audiologists on the German market.

 Your tasks: 

You are in the driver’s seat for all Front Office Recruitment matters when it comes to data generation & analytics. Within the team you will play a vital role to steer Recruitment activities to ensure successful hiring Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a data based long-term staffing strategy in mind but also being flexible to drive ad hoc action to serve short term needs & changes Form close relationships with a broad range of internal & external stakeholders to ensure a smooth & reliable hiring flow focused demand fulfillment Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants for all roles in the Front Office (e.g. Audiologists, Client Advisors, Trainers) Form a close relationship with Global Center of Expertise to leverage on all the available tools and implement approaches and guidelines provided.  Establishment of an external talent pipeline, steering active sourcing activities and usage of creative ideas to reach the best candidates.  Ensure to keep data up to date into the ATS (Oracle ORC) and other system and tools (e.g. excel), ensure GDPR compliance and create dashboards and reports on hiring progress & numbers 

 Your profile: 

You have completed your degree in economics, human resources, psychology or a comparable field  You have solid professional experience in talent acquisition & recruitment (or similar roles) from a data driven environment, ideally with strong project management skills and first management experience (dotted line) from an international matrix organization Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases and professional networks  Advanced Excel skills You are a data-oriented person, with a structured approach towards Applicant Tracking system and you generate operational reports and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities and keep stakeholders up to date You have fluent German as well as good English language skills
