Role Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring the best talent in Bulgaria. As part of the Technical Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with business leaders to source top talent, drive employer branding efforts, and ensure a seamless interview process and exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, as well as a deep understanding of the talent market.

What You’ll DoAct as a consultative hiring partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies.Build and manage candidate pipelines and proactive talent pools for key roles.Own the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, pre-qualifying, interviewing, assessing, and offer negotiation.Use your expertise to uncover top talent and influence hiring decisions for optimal outcomes.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.Be a champion of OpenText’s employer brand, promoting our Best Place to Work value proposition.Contribute to recruitment excellence initiatives and projects that drive continuous improvement.Research and analyze talent markets, competitor hiring strategies, and industry trends.Leverage our global ATS and other talent acquisition tools to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.What You Need to SucceedProven experience working in a sourcing-heavy recruitment environment, utilizing a variety of platforms, tools, and assessment methodologies.Strong knowledge of enterprise software, IT, and technical hiring within competitive talent markets.A passion for recruitment and a creative mindset for attracting and engaging top talent.A data-driven and strategic approach to candidate identification and talent pipelining.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and partner effectively with hiring managers.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting hiring for Professional Services, Customer Support, Software Engineering, IT, or Corporate Functions.Experience in talent branding and employer value proposition initiatives.Why Join OpenText?
