**Job Description**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Interviews applicants and gathers information regarding their education, experience, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
+ Maintains necessary files covering applications, interviews, and testing procedures
+ Meets with department supervisors to discuss upcoming company needs and develops a multi-faceted recruitment program.
+ Prepares descriptions of job opportunities and accompanying compensation schedules.
+ Proactively researches and investigates innovative sourcing strategies.
+ Screens all candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.
+ Sources active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
+ Sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and Internet research.
+ Supervises interviewing, testing, and hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements.
+ Works with departments to ensure that expenditures comply with budgetary limitations.
+ Collaborates with Recruiting Coordinator to arrange travel and lodging accommodations for applicants coming from distant locations.
+ Checks credentials and references and schedules follow-up interviews with company supervisors.
+ Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
+ Travel to and/or attend in-person or virtual hiring events and HR department meetings/gatherings
+ Conducts research and sourcing for entry-level to senior-level positions via resume mining, name generation, and/or candidate development.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Knowledge of**
+ Legal requirements and federal and state regulations related to employment.
+ EEOC and OFCCP regulations.
+ Uniform Guidelines and EEO.
+ Interviewing practices and techniques.
+ Principles, practices and procedures of human resources administration associated with employment, compensation and classification.
+ Needs assessment concepts and processes.
+ Facilitation and presentation methods and techniques.
+ Knowledge of Workday Systems is strongly preferred.
**Skill in**
+ Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.
+ Interviewing, assessment, and negotiation.

+ Interacting with all levels of senior to executive level leaders.

Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Human Resources Management
