Who will you be joining?

 

 

You will be joining the Talent & Leadership Development team within the People & Talent department at Allianz's German Desk. This team works closely with HR areas across the Allianz Group to develop and implement talent management processes and ensure a diverse and sustainable succession planning strategy. You'll collaborate with stakeholders from different HR departments and play a key role in managing talent development initiatives.

 

 

How can you make an impact?

 

You will:

Drive key talent topics such as Mobility & Women in Leadership, and ensure their representation at the executive level Play an instrumental role in designing and implementing talent products (e.g., coaching, job sharing) and presenting strategic reports to top management Your ability to foster buy-in and voluntary commitment, thanks to your fantastic stakeholder management skills, will help you gain support for initiatives across different levels of the organization Your analytical skills, experience in managing interdisciplinary projects, and structured approach to work will improve talent management processes, enhance data quality, and ensure alignment with the business needs of Allianz

 


What are you made of?

 

Minimum Qualification:

You are made of strong analytical skills Deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to manage complex projects with a scope that includes several independent German entities with individual needs. Your structured work style, organizational talent, and communication skills, including the ability to tell compelling stories and present insights effectively, set you apart Solid background in Human Resources and a focus on talent management You're motivated to engage with diverse teams, present data-driven insights, and make impactful contributions to leadership development Your expertise in PowerPoint and Excel helps you deliver high-quality, detailed work while meeting the needs of a diverse range of stakeholders

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Master degree in Psychology or Economics Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
