Who will you be joining?

The Senior Talent Transformation Manager for the Finance Function is responsible for comprehensively advancing talent management within the Finance Function globally, by diagnosing limiters & opportunities and driving change via impactful short-term and long-term measures and actions to drive talent attraction, development, retention and pipeline quality. The role operates in partnership with the CFO & People & Culture community reporting to the Head of Global Talent & Leadership at Allianz SE in close collaboration with our Finance Leadership Team.

You will:

• Strengthen comprehensively the whole finance talent value chain from talent acquisition to development, to retention along all hierarchical levels based on selected KPIs to track progress and impact

• Diagnose limiters and improvement levers to drive the change across the finance function globally in close partnership with OE CFOs/finance top leaders, OE HRDs, the group talent function and H2 

• Be on top of external benchmarks, scale up existing internal best practices and develop, as needed, effective talent solutions in partnership with external providers 

• Design career milestones based on business requirement (e.g. Life vs P&C, global vs local company) as orientation for different finance and cross-finance talent groups as well as develop „missing“ talent development programs in collaboration with Allianz U

• Leverage finance talent discussions in partnership with the Group Talent & Leadership department to secure proactively quality of  finance talent identification and ensure proper follow up activities of finance talent pool

• Continuously improve processes/priorities in alignment with business needs and future skills and mindset requirements of the Finance Function 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field   

• Business fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in varied business areas incl. HR, with a minimum of 5 years in Finance          

• Talent Management and/or top leadership development experience for Finance is desirable    

• Experience in driving change and transformation programs at large scale     

• Exceptional strategic, innovative, and conceptual capabilities           

• Proven skills in project management, effective governance, and KPI steering within a large, complex organization      

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis 

• Ability to continuously optimize and innovate concepts and products leveraging AI technologies            

• Highly motivated, dynamic, and self-steering with a willingness to take on and own new challenges            

• Ability to manage different stakeholders effectively            

• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
