Position:Senior Tax Accountant

With a commitment to shared leadership, Arrow has an environment that fosters growth and development.  At present, we have an excellent tax opportunity for a Senior Tax Accountant.  This tax position will play a significant role in the area of indirect taxation (e.g., sales/property tax compliance, tax planning, tax audit defense).  This position is a part of our hybrid workplace which includes both on-site engagement, as well as off-site work.

What You Will Be Doing:

Work as part of a team to collect, analyze and review North America tax information in preparation of various sales tax and property tax filings for US and Canada.Assist with the analysis and review of various tax accounts as well as with the research of tax issues and tax positions in order to advise management on various tax matters.Assist with maintaining tax systems, tax files, and tax work-papers to comply with internal and external tax reporting guidelines.Assist with tracking, responding and managing tax regulatory audit inquiries.Aid with drafting timely responses to questions and issues generated by or impacting business operations.Cultivate working relationships across functional areas to encourage two-way dialogue on any potential tax consequences related to contemplated business activities or transactions.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Working knowledge of processes for reporting, collecting, and paying sales/property taxesProficiency in MS Office applicationsWorking knowledge of electronic accounting and tax systems (e.g., Oracle)Experience with Vertex Indirect Tax O Series a plus

Capable of sorting through activities and focusing upon those with biggest impact. Resourceful/innovative/creative—looks for better ways to do thingsDemonstrate strong administrative skills to be certain that all tax reporting and payment deadlines are metAble to present technical tax data in a comprehensible mannerStrong organization skills, detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Dry Creek/Panorama Office sites; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$77,000.00 - $93,500.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
