Job Description:
Prepare indirect tax returns and related tax documents to ensure 100% compliance with BIR regulations; facilitate tax payments on or before due date.
Working with controllership/finance/legal, ensure that the DXC PH companies are compliant with all BIR registrations.
Assist Senior Tax Analyst with performing a tax compliance review on a regular basis, identifying potential exposures and communicating such issues on a timely basis in order to minimize or eliminate potential risks.
Prepare calculations of potential indirect tax exposure, when required
Liaise with DXC PH corporate tax team and coordinate with BIR on indirect tax related issues during tax audits and assessments, including collation of requisite documents and providing those documents to BIR and/or external advisors.
Obtain and collate creditable withholding tax certificates.
Prepare vendor WHT certificates.
Prepare journal entries related to indirect taxes and WHT.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for indirect taxes and WHT.
