Perform periodic testing, data analysis, system documentation and testing on Copelands Salesforce software application.

Understand software application requirements and functions to formulate test plans, test scenarios and test casesMonitor Issues until resolutionPerform testing in identified environments and parametersClosely coordinate with development team/third-party vendors to create test strategies/resolve issuesRecommend improvements to software applications testingDesign and develop test scenariosDocument the testing conductedRegularly audits data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvementPerforms manual or automated data entry/data clean-up as requiredDevelops ad-hoc reports as requested by user groups or stakeholders, performs analysis on data as requiredDevelop, implement and document processes for data solutions for multiple applications to ensure its scalability, availability and maintainability.Performs data quality assessments on proposed and existing database and integrated datasets.Prepare regular administrative reportsPrepare and finalize the job description & next level career path of the teamProvide coaching and guidance to the team to become successful in their work and support them in their future career aspirationsPrepare administrative reports needed for business review
