Team Leader

Full time, India, Bangalore

As a Team Leader, you will 

Oversee the planning and execution of successful and profitable incentives/meetings and events while maintaining a high level of customer service to program participants and the client  Continually monitor staff alignment and organization to ensure the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, and productivity  Establish plans with team members to ensure maximized performance against goals  Conduct annual Performance Reviews  Implement and enforce BCD M&E department level standards  Conduct forecasting of client revenues and team 

About you 

Profound supervisory or team leadership experience, as well as client management              Experience in events management, meeting planning, and client product knowledge  Ability to motivate and provide direction to their team to achieve results  Good reasoning skills and accounting and budget acumen  Effective organizational and time management skills, with a solid ability to manage multiple tasks and timetables and to set and meet deadlines  Experience with selecting and engaging people and monitoring performance  Ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels  Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios  Being client focused  English and German language skills proficiency
