The Senior Tech Analyst works closely with stakeholders in the business teams across Roche’s global affiliates and deliver high quality analytics solutions to real-world business problems. This role involves conceptualizing complex unstructured problems and apply analytical skills to address business questions
The Opportunity
Collaborate with US business partners, external and internal teams to understand and define requirements and translate them into system configurations.Utilize in-depth knowledge of data modeling, analysis, and data management techniques to support and enhance data-related processesEnsure Adherence to the best practices in data management, governance and analytics throughout the organizationProcess the Data Change Requests related to Health Care Master Data.Conduct matching and merging of the Master records.Perform analysis and required maintenance of the Master Data including HCPs, HCOs, Payer / Managed Care and Affiliations.Help devise an adaptable governance methodology to enable efficiency and effectiveness in data operations, as it relates to MDM, data integration, taxonomy, and reporting & analyticsFoster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant informationComprehend stakeholder requirements, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage day-to-day responsibilities, including liaising with MDM teams and coordinating with the GATE India team for delivery.Be flexible to attend meeting during IST/PST overlapping working hours.Who you are
You holds Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering or other technical disciplines) and 3 to 6 years of experience in Technical role, with a focus on data management, data governance, data quality, and process improvement preferably in Pharma / Life Science / Biotech domainExperience Data Stewardship activities.Knowledge of MDM systems like Reltio, Informatica MDM; Pharma CRM systems like Salesforce, OCE, Veeva CRM; Cloud platforms like AWS / Google / Azure is a strong plusStrong proficiency in Excel and SQL, along with knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or RExcellent problem solving skills, details oriented with focus on quality and accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in interacting with Senior LeadershipRelocation benefits are not available for this job posting.
