**Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Lead with specialized expertise in Demand Planning, Point of Sale (POS) Inventory Management, and Finance and Operations (F&O) to drive the successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail operations, inventory management, financial processes, and supply chain dynamics, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and drive efficiency across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on Demand Planning, POS Inventory Management, and Finance and Operations modules. Ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices across retail, finance, and operations functions.
+ Demand Planning: Develop and implement solutions for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and replenishment strategies in Dynamics 365, leveraging advanced forecasting algorithms and historical sales data.
+ POS Inventory Management: Configure and enhance the Point of Sale (POS) inventory management system to ensure seamless integration between retail locations and centralized inventory systems. Ensure real-time inventory tracking, stock visibility, and efficient supply chain management.
+ Finance & Operations Expertise: Oversee the configuration and optimization of Finance and Operations modules, including financial management, procurement, sales and distribution, and supply chain management to ensure smooth, accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
+ Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct workshops and interviews to align business processes with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
+ Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within demand planning, inventory management, and finance/operations workflows. Develop strategies to automate and streamline processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
+ Testing & Validation: Lead functional testing efforts, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements, system performance expectations, and operational goals. Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT).
+ Training & Support: Provide training to business users on Dynamics 365 functionality, focusing on demand planning, POS inventory management, and financial operations. Offer ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation assistance.
+ Integration & Data Migration: Manage the integration of Dynamics 365 with third-party systems for POS, inventory management, and financial reporting. Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to ensure data integrity and continuity during the transition.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and ongoing communication with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery of Dynamics 365 projects.
+ Project Leadership: Lead or support ERP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Work within Agile or Waterfall project management frameworks as necessary.
+ Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, industry trends, and best practices. Recommend and implement new features or solutions to drive continuous improvement across demand planning, POS inventory management, and finance operations.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a specific focus on Demand Planning, POS Inventory Management, and Finance & Operations (F&O) modules.
+ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail operations, including point of sale processes, inventory management, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies. Experience in financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and procurement.
+ Business Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge of demand planning processes, inventory control strategies, and financial operations across various industries such as retail, manufacturing, and distribution.
+ Microsoft Dynamics 365: Expertise in the configuration, deployment, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with particular emphasis on modules like Supply Chain Management, Retail, Demand Forecasting, and Inventory Management.
+ Data Integration: Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party POS systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and financial tools.
+ Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification (preferred but not required).
+ Project Management: Experience managing large-scale projects in an ERP context, with knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
+ Problem-Solving & Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and optimize complex processes and systems.
+ Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leading workshops and presentations.
+ Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
