Senior Tech SIGINT Instructor (Columbia, MD) **Senior Tech SIGINT Instructor** _Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI polygraph_ _This position is contingent Upon Contract Award_ OTA is seeking a Senior Tech SIGINT Instructor to provide advanced training in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel. The training focuses on leveraging collection, network characterization, and analysis across the Radio Frequency spectrum to support Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD) operations. **Responsibilities** + Develop, update, review, and deliver (instruct/present) required POI techniques, tactics, and procedures for SIGINT Operations courses and support to Full-Mission Profile course + Provide team-level management of contractor staff performance regarding coordination activities with Government staff, to include review of all training packages to be submitted; present the confirmation brief for each training package to the Government + Attend technical meetings, conferences, design reviews, and/or training regarding technology pursuit, advancements, and equipment designs at Government direction + Directly support Government assigned staff and IC Partners on force modernization, operational assessment, and evaluation projects as they pertain to instruction topics + Provide written assessments and technical reviews regarding the capabilities and operational employment potential of developing and/or emerging technologies at Government direction + Generate and administer student course evaluations at the conclusion of each course iteration + Coordinate with Senior Cellular Instructor to provide TECHSIGINT blocks of instruction and practical exercise support to Full Mission Profile courses and exercises + Senior TECHSIGINT Instructor may also be required to perform the tasks of an Intermediate Instructor + Obtain and/or maintain NSA National Cryptologic School adjunct faculty certification status for any NCS POI to be delivered **Required Qualifications** + 8 years of experience (within the last 10) in raw TECH SIGINT collection and analysis within the intelligence Community + Completed Center of Information Warfare Training **-- OR --** 4 years of Signal Analysis Experience (Completed Signals Analysis Development Program) + 2 years of combined experience utilizing enterprise tools **-- OR --** 2 years of experience conducting signals analysis using non-enterprise tools + Completed specialized training in RF spectrum allocation and management process + 2 years of experience applying RF spectrum allocation, radio wave propagation, antenna recognition, modulation schemes, signals analysis management processes and untethered analysis + Currently certified to teach TECH SIGINT curriculum in one of the following areas: ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA. Meets at least **ONE** of the following criteria to be considered certified: + National Cryptologic School, NSA SASMO, Pensacola 450/451/452, or other DoD ELINT/FISINT/PROFORMA course instructor within the past 12 months; **--OR--** + Commercial sector instructor teaching ELINT/FISINT/PROFORMA courses for DEA, FBI, CIA, etc. within the past 12 months; **--OR--** + A current employee of a company producing a Signals Analysis tool (hardware, software) that teaches industry and DoD customers how to use that tool (DEEPSIG, SCEPTRE, Herrick, SysWare, etc.); **--OR--** + A current technician working signals analysis and development for a lab (National – i.e., Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Commercial – Johns Hopkins Research, etc.) + Possess excellent written and oral communications/presentation skills + Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) **--OR--** 2 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation, podium lecturing, and classroom instruction + TOP SECRET clearance and SCI eligible on Day 1 of performance + A counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within the last 5 years **Company Overview** Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) was founded by former National Security and Special Operations professionals with over 100 years of combined experience, and was formed with a singular focus: to bridge the gap between operations and technology to enable mission success.
