Senior Tech Support Analyst - Learning and Training

Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Deliver training programs for new hire, advanced tiers and ad hoc projects within the ITSS + Collaborate with Training team to develop and update training content + Secure and prepare technical resources, material and facilities required for successful delivery of training at the local site, and for virtual ITSS locations as needed + Follow standard preparation procedures established by the training team prior to training delivery + Work closely with Workforce Management, Supervisors and Training leads to confirm analysts are aware of scheduling and skilling + Ensure Training evaluations are completed and reviewed to identify opportunities for improvement to the curriculum, and better gauge learning experiences to meet the needs of the audience + Constantly seek opportunities to improve teaching skills, and leverage new and innovative practices in the classroom + Regularly pursue further education in the technical training industry for personal growth and to enhance successful teaching abilities + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
