The Senior Tech Transformation Program Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology transformation strategy and roadmap that aligns with North America business objectives, closely partnering with Global HQ Tech leadership. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to streamline, integrate, and harmonize applications across the organization, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a extensive experience in project/program management and a proven track record in leading large-scale tech transformation initiatives.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green Program Leadership: Lead the application harmonization program, including planning, decommissioning of legacy applications , and oversight of project delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technology leaders to understand business requirements, identify redundancies, and develop strategies for application consolidation and optimization. Application Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of existing applications across both organizations, identifying overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or enhancement. Tech Roadmap: Develop and own the delivery of the roadmap in collaboration with Flix Tech domain owners that is scalable and cost-effective. Tech evaluation options below to be used for strategic decisions: Leverage existing Flix Tech global systems and/or applications Develop in house from scratch or through 3rd party Maintain and possibly upgrading existing legacy system for new capabilities Use off-the-shelf systems and apps currently available in the market for scalability Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure that application integration efforts are aligned with best practices and the organization’s technology standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the application landscape, recommending and implementing enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of the harmonization efforts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Change Management: Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions, including communication, training, and support for end-users during the integration process. Your Profile – Ready to hop on board Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on technology transformation and application integration. Proven experience in managing application harmonization efforts. Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, including ERP, CRM, and other business-critical systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Solid experience in change management and risk management in the context of technology integration. Strategic thinker and collaborative leader who partners effectively with the global and local teams and leadership. Authentic leadership capabilities, also has the courage to make difficult recommendations and/or decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse local and global stakeholders. Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
