Senior Technical Architect tasked with Work directly with Customers for Advising on complex use of Oracle products Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others Standardizing Customer Experience by putting support process in place Automating support processes/ troubleshooting steps Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues Creation/review of Knowledge Articles

Qualifications: Any professional qualification (BE/ B Tech/MCA/ MSc (Comp Science)).

Need to Have

In depth technical architecture knowledge in at least 4 modules. Preferably the below combinations Core HR, Fusion Talent, Fusion Learn, Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation Core HR, Absence, Time and Labor Fusion certified in at least two of the above modules In depth knowledge of API’s BIP/OTBI reporting Analytic skills Solutioning Skills HCM extracts, Fast Formulas Functional knowledge of the modules in the stated area of expertise
