A beautifully crafted, design-led and private investor backed practice is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to join its growing team in London. This studio is looking to add an experienced, talented and technically sound individual with high-end bespoke residential, multi-home, new build, listed and renovation detailing experience. To assist across both the architectural and developer teams.

The ideal candidate has exceptional detailing and delivery skills, is highly motivated and has experience through all architectural design and construction stages. You are always up to date with industry standards and changes and are passionate about designing and delivering high-quality and well-resolved projects.

Key responsibilities: You will be a point of reference for all technical detailing queries for the office across all projects  Coordinate and resolve any technical issues and over see technical packages Liaise and manage contractors and consultants on and off site. Resolving any on site issues if they arise. The role will mostly focus on RIBA stages 4 - 6 but experience across all is required. Mentor and guide junior staff 
Requirements: Exceptional delivery skills On site delivery experience Outstanding technical knowledge and detailed drawing ability 5+ years of project running experience  Experience on multi-home and private residential projects is required, both new build and renovation Experience on listed buildings required Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills Able to work independently and in a team Microstation experience is preferred Great presentation skillsIf this an amazing opportunity, so if it's of interest, please apply using your CV & Portfolio.
