Senior Technical Campaign Manager

With a strong, active and familial culture, Pub United is the agency’s social club, hosting events as wide reaching as Curling, Trivia Nights and more. **Overview** We are looking for a detail oriented, client-facing individual responsible for the end-to-end execution of technical CRM marketing campaigns for Publicis Toronto with a focus on custom projects. You should have good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and have managed complex, data-driven campaigns before across channels like Email, Push Notifications, IAM and SMS. Being familiar with Liquid script or similar syntax is a bonus. But above all else, the right candidate with have a passion for tinkering, learning and problem solving, is not afraid of (or perhaps even enjoys) math, and has a more technical role in their career path goals. **Responsibilities** + As a Senior Technical Campaign Manager, you will execute on project requests from various teams, troubleshoot issues as they arise and engage related teams to resolve them. + You will become an expert at building campaigns and conceptualizing how to achieve a desired result using tools like API calls, product data, personalization, webhooks, using Liquid to perform timestamp calculations and much more. + Under the close guidance and oversight of your manager, you will be responsible for prioritizing work, ensuring each campaign is executed without error and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and internal teams. + As a skilled resource, you must demonstrate a solid understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodology, have a deep understanding of user experience, email development and the ability to deliver solutions that are both robust and flexible. ​ **Qualifications** + University degree or college equivalent in a multimedia/interactive/technical field or similar + Minimum 3-5 years of high-volume campaign management experience in an interactive, integrated agency or similar environment + Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and web design/functionality; Liquid (or similar, e.g. AmpScript, Velocity) a bonus + Strong knowledge of email development methodologies and best practices + Understanding of mobile/responsive design and development + Familiar with modern CRM systems and tech stacks + Unwavering attention to detail + Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and, able to clearly articulate complex problems and their solutions + Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully + Proven experience to work quickly and accurately under tight time constraints without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project + Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, wireframing/workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA/Confluence, Smartsheet, Notion, etc. + Ability to learn and use new platforms and software quickly + Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems independently + Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and graphic design practices + A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment + The successful candidate will possess superior problem-solving skills and a passion for email marketing/CRM. **Additional information** Publicis Canada is committed to building a diverse workforce representative of our community.
