Senior Technical Care Specialist

Nokia of America Corporation, Senior Technical Care Specialist (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. 

SALARY RANGE: $118,685 - 166,400 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience. Employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. 

 

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Cloud technologies and Cloud-native Architecture and Mirco-Service Architecture; Common Software Foundation; Scripting and Programming Language, including Java, Perl, Python or C++; Advance troubleshooting in IP, Unix, or Linux; Experience in at least 5 of the following: Diameter Radius, SS7, Relational Databases, HTTP, XML, SOAP, GSM, IMS, LTE, VoLTE, or SQL. 

 

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%.
