What you'll do
In your role as Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Cloud Services customer for SAP innovative products. You will assess and solve issues in new or existing customers, and work with high attention to detail, reliability, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with your team members to ensure success. In your day-to-day you will
Lead the Service delivery base on the defined KPIs, Provide the pre-sales support.
Building of complex SAP Landscapes by providing technical expertise and support on all platforms and for latest hardware technologies.
Planning, setup, implementation, and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLA requirements
Creating the Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the rest of the Local and global Team.
Standardizing the complex activities and convert into standard. Closely work with Architecture teams to define and validate new offering.
Installation of the product as per ECS standard.
Migration to ECS DC, @ Azure, @AWS, @GCP
Cross Platform move of customer landscape.
Collaborate closely with developers and architects from the technology platform and all lines of businesses to come to feasible and adaptable solution.

Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English
knowledge ITIL and Project management
Minimum 1 year of Experience in Service management and Project Management.
Profound knowledge with 7+ years of working experience as Technical SAP Net Weaver Consultant (ABAP and Java basis administration), Experience in installation of the New Innovation SAP products on HANA, ASE database and Linux and windows operating system.
Working knowledge on the non-ABAP SAP products. Like XSA, IDM BOBJ, open text etc.
Up to 2 years of experience in Installation, Upgrade and Migration activities on ABAP and NON-ABAP SAP products.
working experience/Knowledge on the Hyperscaler like Azure, AWS, GCP will be added advantage
Migration and support project experience involving large enterprises.

In ECS we are building, managing, and running 3000+ customer landscapes in SAP DC and Hyperscaler like Azure, GCP, AWS with most advance technology. We are highly motivated and skilled engineers with locations in Germany, Mexico, India, and US.
