·       \nYou'll\nshape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, ensuring their\nsuccess by evaluating our clients' digital capabilities and performing\nfeasibility studies

·       \nYou'll\nanalyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures while\nleading small teams and applying your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT,\nenterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends such as cloud\ncomputing and microservices

·       \nYou'll\nmanage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs,\nestablish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and be responsible for the\ntechnical implementation of crucial digital requirements such as cyber\nresilience

This is how you\nmake a difference

·       \nYou\ncompleted a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related\ndiscipline with higher-than-average grades

·       \nYou\nhave at least four years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, in the course\nof which you implemented transformation and implementation projects in terms of\nboth strategy and operations

·       \nIdeally,\nyou have industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking,\ninsurance or healthcare sector

·       \nYou\nalso have experience in leading project teams of more than three people

·       \nYou\nknow exactly what the buzzwords machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps,\nagile, AI, and robotics mean

·       \nYou\nare familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations\nand IT processes

·       \nYou\nknow exactly how to put together complex business cases

·       \nYou\nfeel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts\nand are flexible and willing to travel

·       \nYou're\ngood at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and\nEnglish; French of advantage
