Assist, plan and ensure in implementation of ICT projects within the organization with cross-functional teams. Communication and Reporting  Identifies upcoming IT changes and prepares communication in alignment with Communication team and IT Service Provider (Product owner) Communicates the vision and content of the change Stay engaged in the organization during disruptive change Influences employees to embrace and adopt the change Supports employees through their transitions from the current state to the future state Adopts Employee IT Adoption Management material for local needs. Converts technical change notifications to end user language, explains the changes in the IT landscape, according to specifications via email, Allianz (New) Connect, and/or Microsoft Teams. IT Incident communication and Incident ticketing management support

Qualifications

Diploma in IT or equivalent tertiary/professional qualification(s)

Knowledge/Experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational skills  Relevant Work Experience of 1-3 years Strong understanding of project management Methodologies, tools, and techniques. Demonstrated oral and written communication (English and French) Team player
